Significant experience in the successful management of new build, alterations, and refurbishment projects from £100k to over £10m construction value in a lead or assisting role within a team.
Working on projects with low carbon emissions and are highly sustainable.
Working on projects in a campus environment.
Working in a complex multi-discipline environment.
Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders on projects.
The planning and management of major moves.
Qualifications
Qualified to degree level in a recognised building discipline.
Full Membership of a relevant Professional Body (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
