DOVISTA at a glance In 2022 DOVISTA’s CLEAR strategy will be implement- ed, bringing the DOVISTA Group from a collection of independent European brands and companies to the position of being a truly unified European group. This strategy also includes the acquisitions from Sep- tember 2021, which effectively doubled our market presence. It goes without saying that it is a big task to unite corporate cultures, practices and processes. This also applies to our work with sustainability. In 2021 we created a comprehensive Environmen- tal, Social and Governance (ESG) baseline within our expanded organisation, providing a solid foundation and high quality for our data and governance struc- tures . This work will also enable us to move forward with the key strategic focus areas of our sustainability strategy, setting targets and creating a roadmap for DOVISTA Group initiatives into the future.

Number of employees

The acquisitions in September 2021 has meant an increase in number of employees from 4,050 to 7,517.
