DOVISTA measures employees in terms of Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) employed during the reporting period. Work-related accidents are those that arise from exposure to hazards at work (event related). An event is considered as an accident when an employee is hurt in a way so that the employee cannot return to work the next day and perform normal operation.
