REFLECTING DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

As 2021 winds to a close and we prepare for 2022 there is a tendency for our thoughts to creep towards:

We are proud and thankful for the professionals on our team that show up day in, and day out for each other and for our awesome group of patients. We are grateful for our families and all the support they provide to us so that we can strive to be the best group of healthcare professionals that we can be.

How can we improve in the new year?

What changes would we like to make?

We are energized by all of you who are reading this.

How can we make the next twelve months better than the past twelve?

Thank you for trusting us with your Physical Therapy care as well as the care of your friends, co-workers and family members.

I am a big proponent of self improvement and a fan of the 1% better mindset (if you’re looking for a great book on habit building and the 1% better mindset, check out Atomic Habits by James Clear). I do, however, believe that taking a bit of time to reflect on all the good things going on in our lives is a useful, if not necessary exercise. In the midst of celebrating our 7th holiday season here at Choice, we are grateful for so many things.

Cheers to a restful holiday season with the people that mean the most to you.

Happy Holidays, Joe
