• Custody – rationalisation and reconfiguration of the force’s custody estate onto 5 sites two of which are likely to be new-build custody hubs • West Berkshire – refurbishment of three adjacent business park buildings to accommodate a collaborative operational team • Kidlington, Oxon – phased refurbishment of a large 1990s office building on one of TVP’s two HQ sites • CCTV – upgrade of the analogue CCTV infrastructure to digital equipment throughout the force’s custody suites • Working Smart rollout – development of three ‘pilots’ within existing buildings to trial the accommodation best suited to the strategy for enabling flexible/hybrid working styles • M4 Junction 11 – upgrade of an existing roads policing patrol base to improve internal facilities and provide additional equipment storage • Windsor – replacement of a large 1970s police station involving the relocation of several operational teams to alternative smaller premises • Downsizing and replacement of several local sector and neighbourhood policing bases across the TVP area, typically in partnership with other ‘blue light’ organisations
