HOMOLOGATIONS All MAK wheels are homologated according to each country regulations. MAK range is always up-to-date thanks to a constant and strong effort during the homologation process, test and quality check. Along with each wheel MAK provides the required homologation paper, granting the conformity of the wheels mounted on your car. MAK laboratory achieved the VIA certification and accreditation from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport to proceed with the required tests for the approval of its products. Companies are awarded with these certifications only after a careful scrutiny by the competent authorities, who recognized MAK the necessary quality to test their products.
OMOLOGAZIONI Tutte le ruote MAK sono omologate secondo le normative vigenti nei vari paesi del mondo. Un costante e intenso impegno nelle fasi di omologazione, di test e di controllo qualità, permette alla gamma MAK di essere sempre aggiornata. Ogni ruota è corredata dalla necessaria documentazione che garantisce la regolarità del prodotto montato sulla vostra auto. Il laboratorio MAK ha conseguito la certificazione VIA e l’accreditamento dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti per lo svolgimento dei test necessari all’omologazione dei propri prodotti. Queste certificazioni vengono attribuite solo dopo una scrupolosa verifica da parte degli enti competenti, che ne riconoscono la qualità necessaria e idonea a testare i propri prodotti.
NUOVO IMPIANTO DI VERNICIATURA 4.0 Nel 2022 MAK ha inaugurato il nuovo sito produttivo su una superficie di 6.200 m 2 che comprende il moderno impianto di verniciatura realizzato secondo i protocolli di Industria 4.0 . Il nuovo reparto è stato progettato e costruito secondo le più recenti tecnologie in grado di consentire analisi complesse attraverso Big Data e Adattamenti in tempo reale della produzione. L’impianto altamente automatizzato, con una capacità produttiva di 300 ruote/ora, garantisce miglior qualità, controllo più accurato e costanza e continuità nel tempo. Il tema della sostenibilità ambientale è una delle sfide più importanti per l’azienda, che sta investendo nell’utilizzo di energie alternative, nel recupero delle emissioni, degli scarti di produzione e nell’ottimizzazione della logistica. Infine, il reparto Ricerca e Sviluppo è costantemente stimolato nel miglioramento del processo produttivo al fine di garantire al consumatore finale un prodotto di sempre miglior qualità.
NEW PAINTING PLANT 4.0
In 2022 MAK inaugurated its new 6.200 m 2 painting plant. Belonging to the Industry 4.0 class , it was designed and built following the latest technologies that enable complex analyses through Big Data and real-time adaptations of Production. The highly automated plant, with a production capacity of 300 wheels/hour, ensures higher quality and better control and capacity of the production chain with greater continuity over time. The issue of environmental sustainability is one of the challenges for the company, which is investing in the use of alternative energies, the recovery of production waste and the optimization of logistics. Finally, the Research & Development department is constantly striving to improve the production process in order to guarantee the end consumer a product of high and ever better quality.
