With handmade fresh noodles and a delicious savory broth, Yasubee has become a symbol for quality, deliciousness noodles with all who enjoy ramen. WHAT IS TSUKEMEN? Tsukemen (Japanese: つけ麺 , English: "dipping noodles") is a playful noodle dish where you dip chewy, al dente noodles into a rich, umami-packed dipping sauce for a burst of flavor with every bite. The interactive experience lets you savor the contrast between the warm, savory broth and the cool, firm noodles, making each mouthful a delightful adventure.
