In the spirit of the Christmas season, students had an opportunity to evangelize in New York City during the first two weekends of December. This provided freshmen students with a great time to get a taste of what their Open Air Evangelism trip would look like in April. Similarly, the December trip also presented sophomores with the ability to once again experience street evangelism with Word of Life as everyone worked towards the same goal: drawing others into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Together in the Christmas-lit streets of New York City, students pressed forward despite cold temperatures, nerves, and apprehension as they sought to bring the message of Jesus’s life, death, and resurrection on the cross to those in need of a relationship with Him. Amidst the holiday hustle and bustle, these students had the privilege of pointing people to the greatest gift of all.
