Strategic Partnerships for a Better Experience We are long-standing partners in the "Shaveh Pituach" initiative (a collaboration of JDC Israel-Beyond Disabilities, the National Insurance Institute, and Zionism 2000 ), working to develop accessible tourism solutions that encourage more people with disabilities to vacation with confidence. Additionally, in collaboration with ALUT (The National Society for Children and Adults with Autism), we have developed flight preparation guides for children and families with special needs. These guides assist in the emotional and cognitive preparation for the journey and are available for free download on our website. Service Dogs and Regulatory Compliance New regulations in Israel have recently expanded the support available to passengers with disabilities, specifically clarifying the right to travel with a trained service dog in the cabin. Israir works closely with various authorities to implement these regulations, guiding passengers through the preparation stage—from documentation review to coordination with ground and air crews. A service dog is not a pet; it is a vital assistive
partner. During the flight, the dog remains by its owner’s side, ready to fulfill its duty.
