By day, the venue offers a lively taverna atmosphere featuring a signature -7 hour smoked asado sandwich. As the sun sets, it transforms into a sophisticated chef-driven restaurant serving delicacies such as gnocchi in tomato butter and sea bream dumplings. Jolly Roger: A "hipster-chic" wine bar and cultural hub located in the upper industrial area, managed by the charismatically named Roger Moore.
