within a challenging national and security environment, characterized by persistent uncertainty. Even under these circumstances, we maintained an unwavering commitment to safety, operational continuity, and quality of service for you, our valued customers. During the past year, we have invested in strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering the Company’s financial resilience and enhancing the passenger experience. We reinforced our maintenance division, expanded our aircraft fleet, invested in tourism assets, and implemented advanced digital systems across our service, commercial, and operational sectors. Furthermore, we increased flight frequencies on existing routes and launched a new destination—Vilnius, Lithuania—offering a rich historical, cultural, and culinary experience to the thousands of passengers who flew with us between May and October 2025. The year 2025 concluded with significant growth and notable achievements for the Company: over 2 million passengers in our international operations and the deployment of a fleet comprising approximately 20 aircraft during the peak season. Looking ahead to 2026 , Israir will further expand its international operations through the utilization of two recently acquired wide- body Airbus A330 aircraft. These aircraft will facilitate the opening of routes to East Asia, the USA, and beyond, offering a redefined flight experience with four service classes - including Business and Premium - for maximum comfort. Starting in May 2026 , Bari and Bologna will be added to our existing Italian destinations of Rome, Naples, Verona, and Sicily. The launch of these destinations will allow our customers to explore new regions, savor diverse cultures, and admire breathtaking landscapes. Additionally, we will expand operations to other new destinations, including Düsseldorf in Germany and Heraklion in Crete. The past year was a record-breaking year for us. Over 2 million passengers chose to fly with us. Your trust is the foundation of our growth. Today, we operate a fleet of approximately 20 narrow-body aircraft, and we will soon add two additional aircraft - a starting point for establishing a wide-body fleet. In the coming years, we will operate at least six wide-body aircraft that will connect Israir to global hubs: New York and Miami in the US, and leading destinations in the Far East: Japan, Hong Kong, China, the Philippines, and Thailand. Our vision is to transform Israir into a leading Israeli airline for long-haul destinations, just as we have done in the regional network, where we have secured second place at Ben Gurion Airport. A route network connecting Israelis at competitive prices, with direct, smart, and accessible flights, combining operational excellence, technological innovation, and human service that is down-to-earth and approachable. Speaking of innovation, we are currently implementing advanced AI-based solutions that simplify processes, improve availability, and enable a personal, seamless, and precise service experience - from the first moment until landing - on our website, in our call centers, and throughout our sales processes. Very soon, we will also launch our credit card, SuperFly, a card that turns your daily purchases into flights faster than any other card.
