Dr. Candelore graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Kinesiology, then went on to graduate from Sacred Heart University’s Physical Therapy program with honors. Darek was originally drawn to Physical Therapy through injury while studying Marine Biology at URI. After seeing the care and value involved in the rehab process, he changed majors and hasn’t looked back since. Darek has been a valuable addition to our already dedicated and wonderful staff at Professional Care PT, since joining our team in June of 2014. His attention to detail and empathetic nature have helped our patients
