LOUPES RANGE UNIVET LOUPES SPA 2025
1. Prices
The Product Price is stated in the current price list. A purchase order is considered accepted upon
the sending of the order confirmation by UNIVET LOUPES SPA (via fax/email). Any discrepancies or
findings must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All prices are exclusive of value-added tax
(VAT). UNIVET LOUPES SPA reserves the right to modify prices, articles, and sales terms and
conditions at any time during the year unless otherwise agreed upon during contract negotiations.
Price variations will take immediate effect upon notification.
2. Payment Conditions
Payment Terms:
Standard payment terms are specified in the payment section of the Price List or in the cover letter.
Specific payment terms must be agreed upon with the UNIVET LOUPES SPA Export Sales
Department. Invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms. Repeated payment delays may
lead to a revision of the payment terms. In case of delayed payment, the customer shall pay legal
interest for each full and fractional month of delay.
3. Payment in Advance
UNIVET LOUPES SPA will send a Proforma Invoice including all Purchase Order data and bank
details as confirmation of the order. Shipments will be executed only after receipt of payment

confirmation from our bank. If UNIVET does not receive payment within fifteen (15) working days
after sending the Proforma Invoice, the Purchase Order will be cancelled.
4. Purchase Orders, Shipping, and Consignment
Standard Quote: Ex-Works (EXW) – UNIVET LOUPES SPA, Rezzato (Brescia) – Italy.
Freight Costs: If applicable, freight costs will be charged on the invoice.
Delivery Time: 4 working weeks from the date of the Proforma Invoice, excluding customized
products. Prompt delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Confirmation of Delivery: The delivery note or invoice will constitute sufficient proof of delivery.
Modification of Orders:
Once the order confirmation has been sent, the order is considered finalized. However, customers
may request changes within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation without additional charges.
Requests for changes submitted after 48 hours will be evaluated based on the order's processing
stage. In such cases, UNIVET LOUPES SPA will confirm the feasibility of the modification and
communicate any applicable costs.
5. Claims and Returns
Non-Compliance Consignment: Claims regarding quality or quantity discrepancies for damaged or
missing cartons must be reported immediately to the freight carrier by noting "ACCEPTED WITH
RESERVE" on the delivery note or carrier consignment note.

Any claims regarding the quantity, quality, or type of goods supplied must be communicated to
UNIVET LOUPES SPA in writing within 5 working days of receipt. If no claim is made within this
period, UNIVET LOUPES SPA disclaims all liability in this regard.
Authorized returns will be accepted only from UNIVET LOUPES SPA and must be in their original
packaging.
6. Competent Court
Should any dispute arise, the competent court shall be the Court of Brescia (Italy).
7. Responsibility
UNIVET LOUPES SPA assumes no responsibility for improper use of the goods supplied. No
compensation may be claimed, except as provided by the general conditions of sale.
8. Copyright
All pictures and graphic materials are the exclusive property of UNIVET LOUPES SPA. All rights are
reserved, and reproduction is prohibited under Law no. 633 of April 22, 1941, and subsequent
amendments, except with written authorization from UNIVET LOUPES SPA after reviewing the
graphic artwork.
