Essential • Able to establish equivalencies for any entry requirements using industry standard resources and established benchmarking methods • Able to manipulate data into meaningful reports • Experience with using different Admissions platforms (e.g. Tribal, Elllucian, Unit4, Capita, Oracle etc) • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desirable • Project Management skills • Coaching skills • UKVI regulations concerning student visas

Essential • A calm and positive attitude; able to manage the team with confidence and clarity • Student focused with a passion for customer service. • Proactive team player with a can-do attitude that seeks solutions to problems and is results driven.
• Work to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm and professional • Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done • Strong management style with excellent motivation skills.
Special Circumstances Essential
• During peak periods it is anticipated that flexibility in working additional hours in evenings and at weekends may be necessary to achieve business objectives and will be administered in accordance with the University’s overtime policy • Due to the cyclical nature of the Admissions, there may also be some restrictions on the timing of annual leave • Willingness to travel overseas and within the UK, occasionally, to deliver on key elements of the role
