CWU Summer 2021 Wildcat Guide

REGISTRATION

Our goal is to make the registration process as seamlessly as possible. On the next three pages are step by step instructions to aid you in your academic planning and registration. Ideally, you will add courses to your shopping cart prior to your advising meeting. This will allow your advisor to review them and provide feedback to ensure you are on the right path. Follow the instructions on page 12 to create a rough schedule.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS: (including students with over 40 college credit but no post HS Graduation)

TRANSFER STUDENTS: Upon completion of CENTRAL 301 transfer students will be able to register for classes as of May 14th. While we recommend that you consult with an advisor you are able to register for courses on your own. Courses can be added and dropped without penalty until the sixth day of the quarter. If you know the courses (subject and course number) that you want to take then you may want to utilize My Scheduler to register for your classes. If you are still looking at courses then you can utilize the “Class Search” page.

You will register on the day of your scheduled Links Orientation. While your enrollment appointment will say June 21 at 7 a.m., the “New Student Advising” hold will be removed the day of your orientation. We do encourage you to begin identifying what courses you would like to take and to use My Scheduler to create schedules that best fit your learning style.
