enhanced logistics capabili- ties, River Drive performed a demolition and reconfiguration of interior walls and managed a build-out of The RealReal’s office suite. The company also installed new lighting as well as new finishes throughout the headquarters’ 119,984 s/f first floor and its 8,900 s/f second- floor mezzanine. The fit-out will enable The RealReal to more efficiently manage the receiving of incom- ing items, the processing of items for sale, and the secure storage of all inventory. “The RealReal is growing by leaps and bounds,” said Joseph Langan, president of River Drive Construction. “An enterprise of its stature and complexity needs a first-class, versatile space that can accom- modate the increased growth and sophistication of its opera- tion.
