At Dauphin Plaza in Har- risburg, PA two 1,600 s/f retail spaces were leased totaling 3,200 s/f, from WP Realty . Rohrbaugh, Stine, and Khan of Bennett Wil- liams represented both the landlord and tenant in both transactions. Karinda Jordan leased 1,500 s/f retail space at Kingston Square in York, PA. Brad Rohrbaugh and Chad Stine of Bennett Wil- liams represented the land- lord and Karen Neiderer , also of Bennett Williams, represented the tenant.
