in the world, operating more than 20,000 locations glob- ally and nearly 12,000 in the United States. “This adaptive re-use of the former bank building creates a strong traffic builder and another retail attraction at Bel Air Plaza,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, vice president – Leas- ing and Acquisitions for Hill Management. “Transforming the vacant building, featuring a drive-thru configuration, is a creative use of real estate and adds tremendous value to the property.” n

Located at the intersection of MD Routes 1 and 24, Bel Air Plaza is a neighborhood shop- ping center anchored by Mars Supermarket, Ross Dress For Less and Bed Bath & Beyond. The 160,000 s/f retail project also features nearly 30 com- plimentary stores and restau- rants. It is located adjacent to Hill Management’s Bel Air Crossing that is anchored by Target. PHILADELPHIA, PA — Soloff Realty & Develop- ment, Inc. (SRD) announced the Grand Opening of Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquida- tors opened their new 6,235 s/f freestanding building at 1530 Columbus Blvd. in South Philadelphia, where custom- ers can find 340 varieties of flooring options. Lumber Liquidators also has on-site experts who help customers to plan, select, finance and install their projects. This is Lumber Liquidators’ second Philadelphia location. Richard Soloff of SRD was the leasing agent for the landlord (1530 Delaware As- sociates) and Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial rep- resented the tenant in this leasing transaction. n
