The 160,000 s/f retail project also features nearly 30 com- plimentary stores and restau- rants. It is located adjacent to Hill Management’s Bel Air Crossing that is anchored by Target. PHILADELPHIA, PA — Soloff Realty & Develop- ment, Inc. (SRD) announced the Grand Opening of Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquida- tors opened their new 6,235 s/f freestanding building at 1530 Columbus Blvd. in South Philadelphia, where custom- ers can find 340 varieties of flooring options. Lumber Liquidators also has on-site experts who help customers to plan, select, finance and install their projects. This is Lumber Liquidators’ second Philadelphia location. Richard Soloff of SRD was the leasing agent for the landlord (1530 Delaware As- sociates) and Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial rep- resented the tenant in this leasing transaction. n
