OD STIMULACIJE KOLAGENA DO SAVRŠENOG OŽILJKA – NOVI STANDARD U BLEFAROPLASTICI / FROM COLLAGEN STIMULATION TO A PERFECT SCAR – A NEW STANDARD IN BLEPHAROPLASTY
O peracije kapaka, ili blefaroplastika, spadaju u najtraženije estetske zahvate. Iako se mogu činiti jednostavnim, vrhunski rezultat zahteva hiruršku preciznost, iskustvo i individualizovan pristup. Zato je razvijen 3R protokol – „Revive, Refine, Restore“, koji objedinjuje tri faze: stimulaciju sinteze kolagena i jačanje kože pre intervencije, preciznu hiruršku korekciju kapaka uz eventualno podizanje obrva ili temporalni lifting, te postoperativni tretman ožiljaka laserom neposredno po skidanju konaca, uz dalju negu kako bi se održao postignut rezultat. Thin, atrophic skin lacking tone and showing signs of photodamage will yield a poorer surgical result. Proper skin preparation through collagen-stimulating procedures, as well as education on healthy lifestyle habits and supplements that support this process, is the essence of our approach,” says Prof. Jelena Nikolić, a Novi Sad- based specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. This is why the 3R protocol – Revive, Refine, Restore – was developed, integrating three key phases: stimulating collagen synthesis and strengthening the skin ahead of surgery, precise eyelid correction with the option of a brow lift or temporal lifting, and postoperative scar treatment with a laser immediately after suture removal, followed by ongoing care to maintain the achieved results. This approach ensures a natural, harmonious and lasting effect that reflects health, vitality and beauty.
