Day 7: Kanazawa Transfer by coach to Kanazawa, visiting the World Heritage Shirakawago Village en route. Your sightseeing tour includes Omicho market and Higashi Chayagai. Day 8: Kanazawa - Hiroshima Pack an overnight bag as your luggage is transferred to Kyoto. You’ll have another sweep of the city, stopping at the Kenroku-en Garden and BukeYashiki. After, the Shinkansen (bullet train) takes you from Kanazawa to Hiroshima. Day 9: Hiroshima Today you’ll catch a ferry to Miyajima Island to admire Itsukushima Shrine and its torii gate, spending time strolling through the park. In Hiroshima, take a walking tour around the Peace Memorial Park with time for reflection at the Atomic Bomb Museum. Day 10: Nara - Kyoto Another bullet train to Osaka, where you’ll board your coach to Nara. Arrive in Kyoto this afternoon where you’ll uncover geisha culture in the Gion area. Days 11-12: Kyoto This morning’s visits include the Ryoanji Temple and the Kinkakuji Temple also visiting Nijo, a fortified castle. Days 13: Kyoto - Mishima Another bullet train whisks you from Kyoto to Mishima. Day 14: Hakone - Tokyo Drive to Hakone before a cruise on Lake Ashi for views of snow-capped mountains. Then, you’ll jump in a cable car up to the Owakudani Valley and Hot Springs. Later, arrive in Tokyo. Day 15: Tokyo - UK Transfer to the airport for your return flight. Upon arrival your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
