GENERAL INFORMATION
CATERING Refreshments and snacks can be bought at the catering outlets on the 2 nd Floor in the exhibition area. COFFEE BREAKS Coffee and tea are served during the designated coffee breaks, free of charge to all registered participants in the exhibition area. CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is available free of charge on the Ground Floor near the registration area. CURRENCY The official currency is the CZK. The conversion rate is approx.: 1 € -> 24,94 CZK or 1 USD -> 22,96 CZK. (as per 10 March 2025) ELECTRICITY The local voltage is 230 V with C and F plugs. A voltage con- verter and plug adapter is needed for US and UK appliances. LOST AND FOUND A lost and found service is available at the registration counter of the congress on the Ground Floor. MOBILE PHONES Participants are kindly requested to mute their mobile phones while attending the scientific sessions in the meeting rooms. PROGRAMME CHANGES The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the congress programme due to external or unforeseen circum- stances. In the event of cancellation by speakers or other changes in the main programme, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made. RECORDING Cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices are not permitted in the session rooms. Any recording of sessions is strictly forbidden.
CLIMATE In early May the weather in Prague is warm with temperatures of up to 15° C, with an average of 10 hours of sunshine per day. PRESS Journalists should bring their press ID and register at the registration counter. INSURANCE The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS The general conditions for the congress registration including payment and cancellation of the World Congress on ADHD are published on the congress website: www.adhd-congress.org PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, VENUE OF JURISDICTION Prague, Czech Republic, shall be the exclusive place of perfor- mance and Hamburg, Germany, venue of jurisdiction for all parties. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. FORCE MAJEURE For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, lockouts, riots or any such civil disturbances, any acts of God, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, droughts and ty- phoons and any other cause of circumstance of whatsoever nature beyond control) that have an impact on the arrange- ments, timetables or planning of the 10th World Congress on ADHD and its corresponding activities in Prague, the congress has the right to immediately alter or cancel the activities or events or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly thereto. No party involved shall be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation.
