Support Crew We know support crews play a big part in helping participants get around the course. To keep things fair, we provide 12 well stocked feed stations plus a Drop Bag for 13V and 7V participants, if your runner needs anything beyond this, please make sure it’s carried with them rather than passed on out on the route. Support crews are not permitted to move around the route handing over nutrition or kit, taking items from participants, or pacing/running sections alongside them. This keeps the event fair and helps us run it sustainably, respecting the environment and communities we pass through. The best place to cheer your runner on is at the designated support feed stations, or anywhere accessible by public transport. Please also be mindful of locals and other trail users, especially with noise at night.
