Winter Break: RoboThink: STEM Robotics • AGES 7-12 This winter break, keep your creative juices flowing while we build amazing robots and engage in robotic challenges and battles together! Equipped with RoboThink’s innovative kits, including gears, motors, sensors and mainboards, students build and play with robots of all shapes, sizes and functions. Our instructors take students on a fun journey where we cover robotics principles and problem solving. The activities are interactive, hands-on and engaging to promote learning in a fun way! No experience necessary- just come ready to learn and have a blast! Each camp will offer different material, so participants can register for both camps if they would like. Or even go ice cube fishing and build some igloos with us this break? Join our scientists in a week of hands-on STEAM fun with our magnetic slime Monday, Tuesday covers snowcanos! Wednesday is our wacky end of the year eruptions. Thursday will be our chilly ice cube fishing and igloo day, and Friday is our fantastic static day where will get a little sparkly as we explore electricity. Each day we meet we will have tons of hands-on scientific fun. There will be take home experiments and everyone gets a lab coat and goggles! Please bring a spill proof water bottle and nut free snack. The 3-day camp will concentrate on the fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking and overhand serve. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training that helps each student reach a new level. The knowledge of the instructors will give the participants a head start on their skills in preparation for club team play.
