FITNESS & WELLNESS Yoga: Hatha Yoga - Hybrid • AGES 15 AND UP

Yoga Gold • AGES 50 AND UP Yoga Gold is a yoga class choreographed specifically for the Active Older Adult (AOA). This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. This small group class offers more individualized attention to help participants further develop a mind and body connection while improving internal focus, balance, flexibility and strength at each student’s pace. Achieve a calm mind using the therapeutic breath and meditation techniques that yoga provides. End with a guided meditation/relaxation that deeply calms the body, mind and spirit. This beginner-friendly program is geared toward individual needs and uses props. All students are welcome.
