GENERAL INFORMATION
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation for horses will be available to any place in the United States. Commercial haulers will be present. (See Special Notices for information regarding required Brand Inspections ). INSURANCE: Representatives from major equine insurance companies will be present. ABSENTEE BUYERS: Arrangements can be made through our sales office for absentee phone bidding. If you plan to bid by phone you must register prior to bidding and be pre-approved no later than noon August 15. A “Request to Purchase by Check” and/or a bank “Letter of Credit” must be on file prior to conducting absentee bidding.
VETERINARIANS: The Sale Veterinarian will be available during the day for inspection of animals.
STALLS: Stall assignments will be available about two weeks prior to the sale.
REGISTRATION PAPERS: After all accounts are settled, the ownership will be transferred to the new owner by the Sale Company. AQHA will then send the QH Certificate to the new owner. All registration papers not to be transferred will be returned to the proper owners within 30 days of the sale. No papers will be distributed at the sale.
SEATING: There is no “reserve” seating. Plenty of seating is available inside the Pavilion and outside in the display ring area. For those with special needs, please go the Sales Office.
