BIFA training courses are delivered either in a face-to-face classroom environment or as tutor- led sessions carried out via Zoom videoconferencing. In order to participate in courses delivered via Zoom it is essential that the course delegate has an internet connected device (PC or laptop preferred) with video and sound situated in a quiet area away from day-to-day business activity. Delegate numbers are strictly limited to ensure individual attention and group discussion – book early to reserve your places.
