• Michael Nelson—Field Opera,ons Manager Field Opera,ons Manager that plans, organizes and directs all ac,vi,es at the department level. Monitors overall quan,ty and quality of work performed by staff and serves as senior technical advisor to all Project Superintendents and Project Managers. • Kevin Hale—Senior Project Manager Responsible for all project related items. These items include but are not limited to, es,ma,ng the cost impact of scope changes, organizing and scheduling of the workforce and material deliveries on each project. • Brad Lewis—BIM/VDC Manager Coordina,on amongst other trades u,lizing BIM and crea,ng detailed field installa,on drawings. Generates BIM models and collaborates with design professionals for integra,ons into the project. • James Blaine Curll Jr.– General Superintendent/Constructability Manager Responsible for the overall management and leadership of other superintendents and field workforce, and the logis,cs of any material for the project rela,ng to the electrical por,on. • Mark Kozloski & Josiah Schuh —Co-Directors of Safety & Training Evaluates, plans, develops, implements, and maintains field training and safety programs that meet the needs of the employee base and maintain consistency with the corporate philosophy, goals, and objec,ves. This posi,on also ensures that all policies, programs, and daily opera,ons comply with local, state, and federal laws and procedures.
