Mr. Michael Nelson has been with Tri-City since 2007, aJer he successfully completed the ACT program in high school. Star,ng as an appren,ce, he worked his way up through the ranks and now serves as our Field Opera,ons Manager for our Commercial Division. Michael brings 16 consecu,ve years of electrical and leadership experience to our team.

Michael is responsible for the development and performance management all of our field staff from Appren,ces/Helpers up to General Superintendents. He works with Human Resources to organize recruitment and placements on all of our commercial projects, as well as monitors our labor budget, produc,on, and project scheduling. Michael manages mul,ple large-scale projects, and analyzes opera,ons and employee performance. He develops and implements various quality control methods while also serving as a technical field advisor to all project supervision assis,ng in difficult construc,on situa,ons.
