The property is scheduled to open in 2024, and will form part of the 1,100 acre Evermore Orlando Resort – itself a redevelopment of the exis,ng Villas at Grand Cypress complex. Conrad Orlando at Evermore will offer 433 rooms including 51 suites, as well as a spa, 40,000 square feet of mee,ng space, and “numerous dining op,ons including a signature rooJop experience”. Guests will have access to a 20-acre tropical beach complex and “eight-acre crystalline water amenity”, which according to Hilton “incorporates unique, environmentally sus- tainable technology that uses up to 100 ,mes less chemicals and only 2 per cent of the energy used by conven,onal swimming pool filtra,on systems”.
