What possible changes or tweaks could be con- sidered? 6. Blue Hat - Process The moderator wears the Blue Hat, suggesting detach- ment and being cool and in control. The moderator or- ganizes and directs the discussion, clarifies issues, asks helpful questions, and keeps everyone on task.
