MADD Victim Impact Panel INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ
PRE-REGISTRATION for in-person programs is REQUIRED at WWW.MADDVIP.ORG 1. Registration for DAY program starts at 10:15am (program starts at 11:00am and ends at approx. 1:00pm). Doors close and registration ends at 11:00am. No one will be permitted after 11:00am. 2. Registration for EVENING program starts at 6:15pm (program starts at 7:00pm and ends at approx. 9:00pm). Doors close and registration ends at 7:00pm. No one will be permitted after 7:00pm. 3. You must bring your confirmation email and a Photo ID. If you have not paid online, please bring a $75 Money Order ONLY. No other forms of payment will be accepted in person. 4. Please remain in your car until registration begins. You will NOT be allowed inside until that time due to disruptions to the businesses that allow us to use their space. 5. Online class is available at ONLINE.MADDVIP.ORG This is a pre-recorded program available 24/7. 6. DATES AND LOCATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Visit website for updates.

Participants who are not comfortable with fluent English must be accompanied by an interpreter at no extra charge. The interpreter may not be someone already attending the program and they must be over the age of 18. Wednesday, September 25, 2024- Evening Wednesday, November 6, 2024- Evening
COURT ORDERED minors under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is suggested that parent/legal guardian attend with those under 21. Attendees under the age of 21 must sit in the front row.
NO PERSON UNDER 18 is permitted to attend the program unless COURT ORDERED.
