The role of Property within Estates has been to assist this period of change in helping secure valuable planning consents, the negotiation of S106 agreements, the acquisition of space (both freehold and leasehold) outside UCL’s existing footprint and to act as a link with colleagues in Estates Strategy to ensure UCL’s academic departmental needs are met, having regard to the Institution’s wider needs and with available budgets.
