Go to the website maddvip.org
Enter your city and state
Scroll through the find the closest program to you, then click on the location to register.
Click Register
Once read, click register
Read over rules and information before registering for program
Select 1 and click checkout
Enter the required information including Name, Email, Phone number, Date of Birth and Court you were sentenced out of.
Click payment once your information has been entered.
You can either pre-pay with a credit or choose Money Order to bring a money order payment with you to the class. Please note that credit card transactions charge a $4 fee. That does NOT need to be paid with a money order in person.
Sample of email confirmation you will receive. DO NOT DELETE. You will need to show this at the program if your name does not appear on the registration sheet.
