ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH/ACTION Program 552-001-014 Funds annual recycling and household hazardous waste disposal events. STREET MAINTENANCE Program 552-003-020 Funds the street sweeper, which is used to clean thoroughfares, collector streets, and residential streets in the city limits. PARK MAINTENANCE Program 552-005-020 Funds the four-person Litter/Median Crew, which picks up litter in City right-of-ways and maintains medians along major thoroughfares; and Funds efforts of the Keep DeSoto Beautiful Corporation. NON-DEPARTMENTAL Program 552-099-001 Funds solid waste collection services for both residential and commercial customers.
