2025 & 2026 For the first 2 years, we would concentrate on the concert aspect and building a memorable event. This would be a public event. In the first year, we will showcase the event, followed by higher-level sponsorship recruitment the following year based on the first year's success. ROI growth based on sponsorships.
2027 & 2028
To elevate the event and maintain its size but increase sales, we would expand to the square to add more To-Do’s to the event. We would have bars, food, bull-riding, and then end with a concert. Projected revenue: $567,400 1,100 guests @ $350 per person based on performer.
2029
We could keep the 27-28 year layout, or we could adopt the first 2 years/ concert only and sell up to 8,000 tickets. Ticket sales alone would generate $800,000 @ $100 per person .
