Italian Breakfast Casserole This simple breakfast is easy to make if you have a lot of guests in for the holidays. It’s even something you can whip up quickly on Christmas morning. This dish bakes for only 30 minutes, so you can spend more time celebrating with your loved ones. Ingredients • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 2 cups chopped bell peppers and onions • 8 ounce tube of crescent rolls • 8 slices of ham • 15 slices of salami • 8 eggs • 1 cup of shredded cheese (we recommend mozzarella) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Add the olive oil to a skillet over high heat. When it is hot, cook the bell peppers and onions, stirring occasionally, until they are soft. Set these aside. 3. In the baking dish, layer crescent rolls, ham and salami. Mix the eggs, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and pour on top. Finish the dish with peppers,

Pepperoni Roll-Ups This delicious appetizer is sure to leave your guests wanting more. They roll-ups are a clean way to enjoy a yummy pizza treat. Best served as hors d’oeuvres with marinara or ranch. Ingredients • 1 (8 ounce) tube of crescent rolls • 16 slices of pepperoni, cut into quarters • 2 pieces of string cheese, sliced into quarters • ¾ teaspoon of Italian seasoning • ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll crescent dough and separate them into 8 triangles. 2. Put 8 pepperoni quarters and a piece of string cheese on the short side of each triangle. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning on each. 3. Roll up each and pinch the sides to seal the pepperoni rolls. 4. Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
