There will be costume days, karaoke, and musical guests. Enjoy all your favorite field trips, inflatables, crafts, swim time, and more. *Light Breakfast and Lunch provided by Lee County School Summer Feeding Program.*

Pick-up Pickleball
Stop by the Recreation Center and take advantage of our pick-up pickleball. Paddles and balls are available at the front desk for public use (limited supply). On May 23rd, the Sanibel Recreation Center hosted an e-bike education event in E-Bike Education
collaboration with Sanibel Police Department, Billy’s Bikes and Trek.
The popularity and usage of E-bikes have surged in recent years. To ensure safety and enhance the experience of all individuals on the Shared Use Path, only Class One E-Bikes are permitted at this time. Class One E-Bikes require the users to pedal for electric assistance and do not have a throttle. For additional details on bike safety and the City of Sanibel Bike and Hike initiative, click here.

PERSONAL TRAINING
June 24 Sign up at the front desk! Weight Room 101 includes weight room orientation, specific instruction on upper and lower body exercises, and cardiovascular training tips. Instruction and guidance on how to properly train your entire body safely and effectively will help participants gain muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. For safety purposes, this class is limited to 10 participants. Please register in advance at the front desk. Closed-toe footwear is required.
Are you looking to take your overall health and wellness to the next level? Sign up today for a personal training session with one of our experienced and certified personal trainers. Cost is only $82 for a one-hour session for members / $103 for a one-hour session for non-members. Free Blood Pressure Check- Sanibel Fire District The Sanibel Fire District has teamed up with the Sanibel Recreation Center to offer a complimentary blood pressure screening on June 25th between 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the Sanibel Recreation Center lobby.
MARTIAL ARTS
Are you interested in learning Martial Arts? Martial Arts helps practice balance, build structure, and boost confidence. Register today for group lessons with Sensei Gary Thomas, available to all ages. Lessons are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. as well as Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. Lessons are paid monthly at a rate of $100 member and $125 non-member. 13+ Martial Arts on Tuesday and Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. as well as Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. Family Rate! Families with more than 3 people participating in martial arts will be charged $250 for the whole family. Individuals who would like to register for the program but are only available to attend one day per week will be subject to a reduced fee of $50.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT When creating a new account, it is important to enter the parent or adult's information first. The first person on the account created will be the default payer or head of household, and must be an adult. The primary email address entered into the adult account will be the assigned username moving forward. 1. Fill in the form as completely as possible.
