Progressive Lesson Registration Lessons in gymnastics, trampoline, swimming, and skating require activity outcome results (i.e. ready/not ready assessment) prior to registration in the next level. Check your levels online under “Activity Outcomes” in your online client record at newwestcity.ca/register . If your last lesson set was prior to 2021, please call the lesson facility for more information on your correct level, or for assistance with activity outcomes. GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE Participants may register for multiple lessons of the same level per session. Participants can only advance to the next level if the prerequisites are met and entered into their Activity Outcomes. If you are currently enrolled in a lesson set, Activity Outcomes will be posted after your eighth lesson, or one week before the next lesson registration date. SWIMMING & SKATING Participants may only register for one lesson set at a time to ensure level prerequisites are met. Participants currently enrolled in a lesson set may not be on a waitlist for a later set. Participants who register in more than one lesson set will be withdrawn by staff, with the refund policy in effect. If you are currently enrolled in a lesson set, your Activity Outcomes will be posted after the second to last day of your lesson set. If you need a level assessment, please request an evaluation from staff during a drop-in session. Caregiver Participation Where listed, a caregiver 15+ years must accompany participants and partake in the program.
