Plan; you will lead, manage, and deliver major strategic projects , initially working specifically on the multimillion-pound Grasslands project and will be involved in future masterplanning for the Zoo’s strategic development plan. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of leading complex estate development projects from inception to completion in a Lead Project Manager role. You will have strong commercial and technical skills, with experience of procuring and managing design and consultant teams as well as major construction contracts. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of the project are crucial to be a successful in the role.
A £multi-million capital development project, Grasslands will be an extensive new mixed species African savannah attraction, with overnight accommodation and a restaurant, and is the next step in Chester Zoo’s ambitious strategic development plan.
