ECO3, ePS Announce Collaboration On Integrated Workflow Solutions ECO3 of Mortsel, Antwerp and eProductivity Software (ePS) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania announced a strategic partnership aimed to push automation in print production to the next level with fully integrated and tailored workflow solutions. The new partnership harnesses prepress innovation from ECO3 and ePS to deliver a workflow solution that in- corporates every aspect of the production process. By creating certified end-to-end workflows, from cus- tomer and order acquisition, job and financial manage- ment to production and postproduction, tailored to the needs of each customer, the new partnership will help empower printers to succeed in a rapidly changing and complex market. A unified user interface helps customers gain full con- trol over their entire production to enhance efficiency and productivity across operations. The certified workflow allows automated creation of jobs, including very complex versions within ECO3 Apo- gee from an ePS MIS/ERP platform. It also facilitates the tracking of file receipt and approval in Apogee WebAp- proval, along with the generation of printing plates, proofs, and digital prints. “ePS and ECO3 are fully committed to supporting the printing market to adapt their production environment for growth. This collaborative approach ensures that the end-users will have the best possible tools for success at their disposal,” said Erik Peeters, ECO3 marketing manag- er software. “Our strategic and measured approach enhances prod- uct stability and reliability. It also enables us to deliver new automation features and functionalities, keeping pace with evolving market trends and customer demands.” The companies say their ongoing partnership promises to herald a new era of innovation and opportunity over the coming years. “We’re excited to partner with ECO3, leveraging our strengths to deliver exceptional value to customers,” said Nick Benkovich, Vice President of Portfolio Management & Strategic Partnerships, ePS. “With a shared dedication to aligning priorities, deliver- ies and development timelines, we aim to create seamless products that prioritize their experience.” Customers already experiences the ePS/ECO3 work- flow include award-winning print organization, Stephens & George. “We have recently adopted ePS Tharstern as our MIS partner to work alongside ECO3’s Apogee Prepress work- flow, and the integration has proved seamless,” said Jamie Awford, Prepress Manager, Stephens & George.
