You are Picture Perfect Our friendly staff and professional photographers visit programs and events to take photos and videos of participants in our spaces. The City is authorized to collect these images under section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. We use these photos and videos to promote our programs. If you object to having your picture or your child’s picture taken, please let our photographers or staff know. To create an account, call or visit any City of New Westminster recreation facility, or complete our online form: newwestcity.ca/create-an-account Resident Benefits Residents have advanced access to register for programs and limited-capacity drop-in sessions. To add residency to an account, adults 19+ must provide proof of address such as a BC Drivers License, BC ID, BC Services Card, or City of New Westminster electrical bill dated within the past three months.
