Meet Our Design Expert

Nychole Haynes has grown up in the New Home Construction industry. She started in sales alongside her mom with a hometown builder in Arizona. In 2004, she joined D.R. Horton in the Las Vegas Division where she helped hundreds of families make a house their home! She relocated to Charlotte in 2008 where she continued selling homes with D.R. Horton. With over a decade of experience, she gained the knowledge of many different floorplans, styles and designs which is what made her shift to New Home Design. Her true passion is working with our buyers and her true talent is guiding people through the design process. Her passion began when she was a little girl helping her mom decorate. She loves bringing out the designer in everyone and has so much fun seeing a design come to life! Nychole has managed our Design Studio since 2015 and continues to help families design, create and inspire!
