On 3 August 2019 I reported a workplace bullying and harassment incident to Western Victoria Police that was carried out in the early hours of the morning, and was instigated by my estranged husband, the perpetrator advised Ballarat police he was on his way to Stawell to carry out the abuse. Gippsland Police 'investigated' by interviewing three employees (two of whom are my sons), the boyfriend of my partner’s estranged wife, and my estranged retired husband. The Accused denied all allegations (written in the LEAP Report). Gippsland Police did not interview me, even though Stawell Police had provided my phone number for that purpose. Whilst protected by a police-applied FVIO K12030938, The perpetrator, aided and abetted by a law firm and Victoria Police, capitalising on failure to understand the differences in a family violence Intervention Order and a Personal Safety Order and what seems to me a lack of accountability formed a mob and continued stalking, sending abusive text messages, preventing me from carrying out the fiduciary duties as managing director of the company that I am the founder of. They made me homeless and destitute in a pandemic, whilst the perpetrators stripped me of every asset and destroyed every relationship; they have stolen my beloved Sheltie Lamarilli Leonardo Milan. I have been left isolated, lonely and destitute with never one bit of help from Orange Door, Victoria Police, Magistrates Court, Centrelink Safesteps or 1800RESPECT.

37 pages 642 views Maggie Marriott, Managing Director and founder of Smart Buoy Co., a company I own. I established the company in 2000 in The Grampians as Buoyage Systems Australia Pty Ltd. I returned to live and work in the Gippsland Lakes in 2015 and continued developing the company. Unbeknownst to me, my estranged husband kept sabotaging my life— something I have now discovered he has done since I was eight. I am on Facebook under the pseudonym NormaOlive Brown and the pen name Dorothea Mason. I work hard to maintain a very public online presence to keep myself and my friends safe in the real world. I protected myself from "non-physical family violence" until I made the mistake of reporting a workplace bullying and harassment incident to Victoria Police. Police charged and issued a Family Violence notice to the wrong man, failing to identify the real perpetrator. After I became a Protected Person, there was a
deluge of police, lawyer and magistrate actions that validated and emboldened the perpetrators to destroy my world and take control of all my assets. I have been living and working from my 4WD since June 2019, while the perpetrators profit from my assets whilst endeavouring to have me jailed. My online infrastructure has been almost obliterated whilst the perpetrators enjoy the support of Victoria Police. In documenting my circumstances, I discovered administrative failings, a failure to follow procedures, non- compliance with various Acts by Victoria Police, and errors made by magistrates and registrars in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, which are glaringly obvious. Police still use Bic Biros on poorly designed and incomprehensible forms and documents. The constables are the frontline, yet they seem to be illiterate, and their writing comprehension skills are nonexistent. I need an investigative journalist and a podcast to continue my work. Last week, my perpetrators succeeded in having another of my online accounts suspended. One hundred and forty publications about me, the things that interest me, and the evidence of their crimes are no longer accessible. At least I had catalogued them and had republished the catalogue along with nine others on Flipbooks.

Managing the logistical requirements of remote area deliveries and installations across all Australian States enabled me to meet with customers onsite, give a high level of customer service, and inform product design around installation requirements. Police have a responsibility to investigate all reports of crime, including family violence- related criminal offending, even if the alleged or suspected offender is also an Affected Family Member (AFM). Victim survivors or AFM’S are most in need of protection from these behaviours. Identifying the predominant aggressor is crucial for keeping victims safe and holding perpetrators accountable. Police decisions impact the referrals to support services that victims receive. At every family violence incident, police are required to identify the predominant aggressor. Misidentification happens when police wrongly identify the predominant aggressor. Some perpetrators actively manipulate police and the justice systems for their own advantage and as a continuing form of family violence. This is known as systems abuse— once a perpetrator has achieved success in manipulating systems against a victim 51 pages 48 pages 657 views Any action I take to defend myself and to recover my working life plays into the hands of my husband's campaign. Any actions taken against my partner and our company also hurt me, both emotionally and financially. Our company and our relationship have been irreparably damaged, and the police action has exponentially increased the risk of physical violence. My estranged husband is waging all-out war in a campaign of destruction. He has, over the years, destroyed every one of my relationships, and now this with my partner. He has nearly succeeded in virtual 'murder' with his depredations into my life after I escaped in 2015. My properties and most of my assets are lost, with my estranged husband's assassinating my character with psychiatric quackery assertions and his statement to police and the courts that I had stolen money and a vehicle. Every relationship has been damaged or destroyed. The Magistrates Court and Victoria police enabled the domestic abuse of my estranged husband, which enabled him to take control of my assets during COVID. Thank you Family Court Accountability Network /FCAN for your work. Family Court Accountability Today is Economic Abuse Awareness Day.
What we are seeing in the Family Court is state sanctioned and enabled Economic Abuse. Every week across Australia, women are being pushed into homelessness, poverty, and total financial collapse because of the Family Court. The government refuses to act to end Family Court Abuse Economic and financial abuse is not a misunderstanding. This is not a complex dispute. This is a deliberate pattern of control that continues long after separation. What does economic abuse look like in real life? It looks like perpetrators who: • manufacture ATO debts after separation
• inflate business loans and push them into the asset pool • manipulate accounts to strip equity from the family home • refuse to pay child support while demanding more time • delay property settlements to financially break the mother • hide income and assets to reduce their obligations • force the sale of the family home under value
• pressure mothers to refinance with banks that will not help • drain savings, super and credit while the system looks away • walk away with property they did not build and money they did not earn
It also looks like a system that allows financially crippling, uncapped, unnecessary legal fees that decimate women before they ever reach trial. Mothers who cannot pay mortgages because every dollar is extracted into legal processes that go nowhere. Financial institutions o ff ering only lip service under the banner of hardship or vulnerability assistance, while foreclosing on homes anyway and pushing women into homelessness. And mothers forced to pay for long term supervised contact, while fathers are given short-term supervision or none at all. These are all forms of economic control. These are all forms of economic abuse. This is not a financial disagreement. This is punishment. This is coercive control carried out through accountants, lawyers, banks, and a court system that refuses to intervene. Australia has created a system where an abuser can: • create debt out of spite • force the sale of the family home • leave the mother penniless and then step out of his children’s lives completely While she is left to rebuild alone, with nothing, blamed for everything. This is the economic abuse pipeline the Family Court refuses to acknowledge and the ATO, banks, financial institutions, and child support quietly enable.

The Most Accurate Predictor Of A Domestic Violence Homicide Tuesday 25 November 2025 Alyson Richelle The most accurate predictor of a domestic violence homicide is not a checklist, a tool, or a
form. It’s the victim’s fear. That is what the research now shows. And heartbreakingly ~ it’s what survivors have been saying all along. Hannah Clarke said she was scared.
She reported patterns. She named behaviours. She tried to protect her children.
But her fear was minimised. Her insights were dismissed. Her danger was underestimated. Not because she didn’t speak clearly ~ but because the system did not listen clearly. Red flags were rationalised Patterns were misinterpreted Trauma responses were misunderstood Coercive control was downplayed Her voice wasn’t seen as data Her fear wasn’t seen as evidence
This is the cost of behavioural illiteracy. This is the cost of relying on paperwork instead of patterns. This is the cost of a system that prioritises process over people. And it’s still happening. Every week I work with people who are: • dismissed • disbelieved • misidentified
• told they’re “overreacting” • told “there’s no evidence” • told to “wait until something happens”
But something has already happened. It happens in the tone. In the escalation cycles. In the veiled threats.
In the silence. In the control. In the sudden switches. In the fear they can feel in their bones. Victims are not dramatic. They are accurate. Their nervous systems read danger long before systems catch up. Hannah Clarke should still be here. The Most Accurate Predictor Of A Domestic Violence Homicide Page 18 of 44

Her children should still be here. Their story should never have become proof of what so many of us have been screaming: Believe victims. Understand behaviour. Stop waiting for bruises to legitimise danger. If you are reading this and you’re scared (not just “worried” not just “unsettled”) but genuinely scared:

"This is the cost of relying on paperwork instead of patterns" Problems start with the constable WRITING a report by the personality disordered perpetrator with a DARVO mentality. The perpetrator is verbally proficient the victim is unable to speak. Police gave my LEAP report to the perpetrator's law firm. Hubby has been reporting to police for years. See how police label me an FV perpetrator because of his report, which I knew nothing about. The law firm put procedures in place that made it a criminal offence for me to access my own accommodation, workplace, assets and communicate with my partner of five years. This law firm represents my now EX-HUSBAND (who has taken up residence at my workplace, and is driving around in my company vehicles), MY PARTNER in his Personal Safety Order Proceedings and MY OWN COMPANY!!! Fraud or family violence? Our police force is incompetent as is the magistrates' court...Whilst I am homeless and destitute. Victoria Police and the magistrates' court administration is a dog's breakfast. The new family court rules by Will Alstergren gave me great hope, but no! the judge did not have time to preside. This is why women are murdered...I am disgusted with the Police. And they have even blocked me on Facebook. My report is available. What they do not recognise is their failures in administration, and requiring untrained constables to triage anyone attending a police station to report crime Carrie Fawcett NormaOlive Brown I am sorry you are going through this! What a shit fight! ..my ex used DARVO tactics. He says that I am the perpetrator and he's the victim. But if he's the " victim" and I'm the perpetrator, why is it that I'm the one who's petrified for my life? He's not scared of me. That tells you everything. I ask all agencies, police, flying monkeys, etc who aren't sure who the victim or perpetrator of abuse is, to ask which one is scared for their life? Which one is convinced they'll be murdered? There's your answer. DARVO is the number one tactic abusers use, it's gaslighting taken to a whole new level. NormaOlive Brown Carrie Fawcett yes, exactly! But this week, I will open up the gun ports and blast them out of the water. Fraud or Family Violence (non-psychical), if police and the courts cannot protect me and my property, with a police applied family violence intervention order, what hope does any woman have? My local police actively support the perpetrators, locating and arresting by request. It is written in his statements contained in the briefs given to me. Our puppies are raised inside and socialised with their doggy Aunts, Uncle, Cousins, Grandmother and their human pack as well. I use Puppy Culture protocols to raise our pups, always hoping for one to keep The pups doggy family are NEVER removed from them. They are loved and taught right from wrong throughout that 9 weeks we have them. All the members of my pack have a role to play in raising the puppies. The worst part is letting the pups go to their new families. The trick is finding the best possible families for our precious pups. * Member since December, 2010. Fair Work Introduced N ew Wage Theft Laws For Payroll Errors NormaOlive Brown Sunday 16 November 2025· Shared with Public Did you know that on 1 January 2025, Fair Work introduced new wage theft laws for payroll errors that apply to all Australian employers. If underpayments are found to be intentional, directors and companies can face: Criminal charges Fines up to $1.65 million for individuals, and up to $8.25 million for companies (3x underpayment) Jail time up to 10 years Permanent criminal record What's important to know is that "intentional" doesn't just mean doing it on purpose. If Fair Work finds there are no proper payroll systems, poor records, or repeated errors that
weren't fixed, they can treat that as intentional conduct. But even for unintentional errors, the penalties are severe:
Company Fines up to $4.7 Million per breach (3x underpayment) Personal Fines up to $990,000 per breach (3x underpayment) Stalking, Intimidation, Bullying and Harassment Breaching FVIO K12030938 False and misleading statements
That's on top of paying back the underpayment amount.
Arrested, Transported, Handcu ff ed in the Middle of the Night… Not in my wildest dreams did I think I could be arrested, held in custody, transported, handcu ff ed, lying in the back of a divvy van, arriving at police cells at 2:20 am! Passwords changed, my 20-year old email and phone numbers, online life, and digital assets were all taken over. I am smudged out by defamation, and after they took my dog and sabotaged every e ff ort I made to continue earning...they can have police arrest and charge me with stalking and breaching their invalid Personal Safety Orders. How East Gippsland Police investigated my report of a workplace bullying and harassment carried out by my estranged husband and my current partner, at my workplace, 600km away from my home. Bairnsdale Police Station interviewed the instigator, the o ff ender and three others, employees or associates of the o ff ender and the respondent on the Stawell Police applied FVIO K12030938. Victoria Police Recognise Manipulation of Police Response I have been able to keep myself safe from physical violence. It wasn’t until I read what police wrote about me in my Police LEAP Report (given to the perpetrators lawyers) that I found police act on statements made by the o ff enders. Riddled through statements and Applications is the assertions that I su ff er severe mental illness which fully justifies (in the eyes of the law) locking me out of my workplace and accommodation, taking over my company and assets leaving me abandoned in a pandemic. Police Failure To Investigate Resulted In Misidentification
NormaOlive Brown is

Saturday 22 November 2025 Shared with Public https://www.police.vic.gov.au/predominant-aggressor Police failure to investigate resulted in misidentification. Police have a responsibility to investigate all reports of crime, including family violence-related criminal o ff ending, even if the alleged or suspected o ff ender is also an A ff ected Family Member (AFM). ___________________________________________________ Some perpetrators actively manipulate police and the justice systems for their own advantage and as a continuing form of family violence. This is known as systems abuse— once a perpetrator has achieved success in manipulating systems against a victim survivor, they will continue to use this approach. The most e ff ective strategy for a perpetrator is to get the victim named as the perpetrator. —Professor Cathy Humphreys, The University of Melbourne, Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor. _____________________________________________________

DECEMBER 2025 A personal safety intervention order is an order made by a magistrate to protect a person from physical or mental harm caused by someone who is not a family member.
The magistrate may make a personal safety intervention order if the respondent has done any of the following things to the protected person: assault sexual assault harassment property damage or interference with property serious threats stalking. and so Victoria Police arrested and charged me with stalking and 98 breaches, which were
not breaches even if the order were valid! Eventually after a year, realising there was no evidence for the stalking, withdrew the charge and applied to revoke the second invalid Personal Safety Order placed (on me) whilst the Family Violence Order K12030938 was supposed to protect me and my property.
