Every director manager or o ffi cer of a company and every person acting for another who knowingly takes part in or is in any way privy to doing or who attempts to do any act or thing without authority which if authorised would be in contravention of any of the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of an indictable o ff ence, and shall— be liable if a corporation to a level 5 fine and if any other person to level 5 imprisonment (10 years maximum) or a level 5 fine or both. Domestic partners are defined in s 9(1) of the FVPA as:

(b) people who are not married but are in a relationship as a couple where one person provides personal or financial commitment and domestic support for the other person. In order to determine whether people who are not in a registered relationship are domestic partners, the court must take into account all the circumstances of the relationship, including the following matters referred to in s 35(2) of the Relationships Act 2008: (a) the degree of mutual commitment to a shared life;

(b) the duration of the relationship; (c) the nature and extent of common residence; (d) whether or not a sexual relationship exists; (e) the degree of financial dependence or interdependence, and any arrangements for financial support, between the parties; (f) the ownership, use and acquisition of property; (h) the reputation and public aspects of the relationship. One of forty complaints to my publishing platform, ISSUU, resulted in 140 publications no longer being available to promote me and my company. The complainant claims to be the defacto of my partner who's RAAF service enabled my RSL Membership. She also claims to be the director's assistant at Smart Buoy Co. Her address is listed on a company bank statement! Company assets have been sighted at her address in Heyfield.
