Survey. The works have been scheduled to be carried out by East-West Dive and Salvage - they are ready to do the work at whatever timing is suitable to AGL Hydro. I am the Company Manager and National Sales Manager at my company, Smart Buoy Co and whilst relationship difficulties with Brian Merritt have very sadly resulted in the police applying for an IVO for my protection, it is a personal matter which should not have come to the attention of our customers. The invitation also contained a serious threat directed at me, warning that ‘you will pay the price’ if I don't withdraw the Personal Safety Order against her.
