Breach 1. On the 15th of July 2023 at 3:29am, Ms MARRIOTT breached the PSIO by publishing online about me and also breached Section 121 of the Family Law Act 1975 by publishing documents prepared during family law proceedings K12030938. Ms MARRIOTT made a public publication to her fake identity Facebook account going by the name NormaOlive Brown, which included an image of a Further and Better Particulars document that I wrote to the Bairnsdale MCV on the 7th of January 2020 at the request of Ms MARRIOTT's lawyer, reference Ms MARRIOTT's 3rd of August 2019 breach of the Summary O ff ences ACT 1966 Section 53-1, in making a false report about me to Stawell Police, which initiated FVIO K12030938.
