Instead of looking at the EVIDENCE, Legal Aid insisted on a Defence of Mental Impairment and sent me for assessment by a Clinical Psychologist, who refused to assess me BECAUSE I was pleading NOT GUILTY! Two 600 km journeys, and the report was not provided to the police 14 days before the Hearing.
