Until that is, Victoria Police turned a workplace bullying incident I reported to police, turning me into a family violence victim. Failure by the over seventy+ o ffi cers who have had eyes on, to spend even five minutes investigating has enabled, validated and emboldened the perpetrators.

Managing directors are among the top-ranking professionals outside the C-suites of companies. They take care of all aspects of managing a company's daily operations.
A managing director has substantial management powers but without various
administrative authorities to perform duties, such as signing cheques or issuing certificates for shares, which is
usually the responsibility of a CEO. In cases whereby the CEO is also the company MD, they would then would have the authority to action these tasks under their CEO title. It's the role of an MD to ensure the e ff ective management of the di ff erent departments within a company in a way that aligns with the company's vision. A managing director usually works closely with lower-ranking managers throughout the company to help them reach their departmental short- and long-term goals.
