Fraud and crime flourishes where the administration is not robust. My enemies have been remarkably successful in having my LinkedIn, Facebook, Medium.com and ISSUU.com permanently suspended. I am forced to use Facebook under a nom de plume. These seven conspirators who have stolen my online presence, my digital real estate, my company, my assets and MY Dog also have Victoria Police vehemently pursuing a criminal record and having me jailed. They have a lot to lose for the crime committed against me and so work tirelessly to silence me. Police Legal Aid and Magistrates Court have spent five years pursuing me on behalf of the perpetrators. Over 100 hearings, six arrests, last time I counted the spreadsheet listing name rank and VP number of o ffi cers with involvement it was seventy probably over ninety now. Facebook Posts Chris D'Arcy 10 December at 18:36 On the 7th of March 2025, I spoke with Mr Kevin Morton, President of the NSW Police Association about the issues a ff ecting missing persons, provided him with a copy of the Crisis A ff ecting Missing Persons report whereby he advised me he would take it back to his rank and file and get back to me. That’s 7 months before Jeremy Buckingham announced the Parliamentary Inquiry or when 65 detectives cried foul.
Given the excuses given in this article in the latest edition on the NSW Police Associations member magazine, it highlights that the NSW Police have failed in undertaking the basic due diligence when it comes to this inquiry. Our so called gold standard detectives are so o ff track it’s laughable. It astounds me that they have absolutely no idea on what the actual issues are.
The one thing we can agree on is that they are way overworked and under resourced and, they openly admit that the shortage of frontline police is having a detrimental e ff ect on missing persons investigations. Oh and let’s not forget that Rod Roberts was supportive of an inquiry when he was provided a copy of the report in his o ffi ce in Parliament House earlier this year. Bring on the Inquiry to shine the light on the disaster of what is missing person and cold case investigations in NSW Not once has a NSW Police executive ever bothered to reach out to undertake their due diligence. I’m sure given their resources they could find my number with a simple google search. Nichole Overall MLC Parliament of NSW . Paul Toole MP Jeremy Buckingham @highlight
